PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING
SALE 0 OPERTY
-Petitioners, VALERIE and FRED CALHOUN, as Personal Representatives
~ of the above Estate, respectfully move the Court for an Order
Authorizing the Sale of decedent's interest in the real property
alleged in~the Petition for Administration and show:
l. That the decedent has a one-third (1/3rd) interest in
the real property herein and each petitioner owns a one-third
(1/3rd) interest.
2. That the remaining beneficiaries, MARY CREWS, ARTHUR CREWS, JR.,
~ ANN CREWS, MARIAN WILLIAMS, SHARON GRIER and RICHARD CREWS, have.

j consented to sell their interest in the real property to Petitioners
~ for $1,000.00 each, a copy of each agreement is attached and

€ incorporated herein. ~
~ 3. That JUANITA TORRES, a beneficiary and a resident of

~ Switzerland, has agreed to sell, but her agreement has not reached
~
~ Petitioners. .
~ 4. That Petitioners consider it expedient, necessary and to_

the best interest of the Estate to sell the interest of the
~
~
~ decedent in the real property in order to close the Estate and
~
~ to provide funds for payment of each beneficiary's distributive
- share.
