ORDER AUTHORIZING SALF OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petition of VALERIE CALHOUN and FRED CALHOUN, as Personal
Representatives of the above Estate for an Order authorizing
the sale of the following described property:
1/3 interest - Lot 5, Block 5, Lincoln Heights
Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 73 of the
Fublic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
and it appearing to the Court that it is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the decedent's
interest in the above described property in order to close the
Estate and to provide funds for final distribution to the
beneficiaries herein, and the Court,being otherwise advised
in the premises and determining that the beneficiaries having
~ filed a Waiver and Consent, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the agreements heretofore entered
~ .
~ by and between the parties are hereby confirmed, and the Petition
~ be, and the same is in all respects, granted. It is further
~
° Ordered that the interest-of the decedent in the above-described
~
~
~
~ land shall be sold in accordance therewith, and the Personal
~ Representatives are hereby authorized to convey to the grantees
~ all the interest ir~ which the decedent owned.
