FIFTH: I give, devise a_nd bequeath the sum of

who survive me. in equal shares, ~er stirpes. ~
SIXTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, wheresoever situate and whatever

to dispose of at the time of my death, hereby expressly
~ exercising any power of appointment which I may then

~ have, all of which is designated as my "residuary estate,"
