or pe~sonal property forming.part of my estate and they shall have
the power to continue the operation of any•business, firm or
comme~cial enterprise i~ which I may be interested or associated
at the time of my death, upon such te~ms and under such conditions
as they in their discretion may deem advisable, a~d i further
authorize and empower my Executors to sell or retain any secu~ities
or property which I may own at the date of my death, all without ~
regard to any statutory restrictions as to the nature of the i
securities or other property which arsproper for the investment
of trust funds, and without approval of any Court. My Executors
may sell any real property at public or private sale, and upon ~

~ such terms, including faking back purchase money mortgages, as

shall seem to them in their discretion to be in the be3t interests
