(7) The value of the entire estate subject to admin-
istration in this state, less the value of the propzrty
exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.

(9) The Petitioner, Henry Blanson, is the beneficial
owner of the 1978 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ and the check from
General Motors Acceptance Corporation as he was paying for
said vehicle, the same being titled in the name of Mary V.
Raison because your Petitioner had bad credit with General
Motors Acceptance Corporation.
(10) Your Petitioner is a creditor of the estate, as
stated in Paragraph 8 hereof, for the payment of the expenses
of the funeral, burial and similar costs and expenses.

decedent, Rita Blanson, and, upon hearing, enter an Order of
