PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as Guardian of the person and property of
MARION A. MILLER, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists because the ward died on November 18, 1978.
- 2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a full
and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all of the
ward's property of which Petitioner had control from the commencement
of the administration of this g~ardianship, which return indicates a
statement of the ward's assets. -
3. Petitioner represents that Notice of this Petition and
~ the final accounting is being furnished to the ward's sister and
~
~ next-of-kin, GLADYS MOORE. ~

E WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
~
~ approving the final accounting and discharging Petitioner as Guatdian
~
i and releasing the surety on Petitioner's bond from further liability.
