This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge of
the Guardian of the person and property of MARION A. MILLER,
incompetent; the Court finding that all interested persons have
waived notice hereof; and the Court bein~ satisfied that the Guardian
has faithfully discharged the duties as such Guardian, has rendered a
complete and accurate final return, and that there are no assets of
the ward remaining; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JANE CARNETT, as Guardian, is dis-
charged and the surety on the Guardian's Bond is released from further
liability. ~
