PONDER, Deceased PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~ The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above Estate, alleges: 1. The Decedetrt, DAVID A. PONDER, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida died on March 3, 1978 and Letters of Administra- tion were issued to Petitioner on Jutle 14, 1978. _ ~ 2. Petitioner filed herewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement ' of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all itrterested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making paymerrt, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses ~ ~ of administration. ~ ; 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal ~ ~ representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents, employ~ed ~ ~ by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. € ; ~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns, with the Irrternal ~ Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, ~ . ; and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the s~isfaction of this R estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. : ~ 6.
