and other qood and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assiqns forever, the following described land, situate,
lyinq and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Condominium Unit No. 701 of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINI[R~1, accordinq to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of Decsmber ,
19 , recorded in Official Records Book 280 , at Page 2622 et. seq., of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with all cne
appurtenances thereto, all according to the said Declaration of Condominium

and Exhibits attached thereto.
This conveyance is subject to the followinq:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 19 78 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
, 3. Any portion of the subject premises being artificially filled land
in what was foreoerly navigable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and
reservations contained in the Subraerqed Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1301 et. seq.).
4. The rights and easements for commerce, navigation, recreation, ana-
fisheries.
5. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM dated December 20 ,
