Promissory Note dated December 18, 1975, in the principal amount
of $195,000.00, with interest on unpaid principal computed from
the date of each advance at the rate of 11 1/2 percent per annum,
due and payable in 144 monthly installments in the amount of I
$2,503.80 each, the first of said monthly installments .being due i
and payable on the 1st day of February, 1976, and another of said
