The Petition of DANIEL EARL CHITWOOD respectfully shows:
1. That Petitioner is a resident of St. John's County,
Florida, that his post office address is 19 Barcelona Avenue,
St. Augustine, Florida, and that he is the son of Myra E. Chitwood
a/k/a Lois M. Chitwood.
2. - That Myra E. Chitwood, a/k/a Lois M. Chitwood, was
adjudged to be incompetent in accordance with the provisions of
the laws of the State of Florida by this Court on the 2nd day of
October, 1967, and is scheduled to receive treatment in the-South
Florida State Hospital.
