IN RE: DERRICK ALAN LUKE,
a minor.
PARTIAL SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on
the 5th day of March, 1979, upon the Motion of BENJAMIN F. LUKE for
a Partial Summary Final Judgment, and the Court having reviewed the
pleadings and the Affidavit of BENJAMIN F. LUKE attached to the
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, and the Court finding that no
Counter-Affidavit was filed by the opposing party and the Court
further finding that both parties have alleged in their respective
pleadings that BENJAMIN F. LUKE is the natural father of the DERRICK
ALAN LUKE, and the Court further finding that BENJAMIN F. LUKE does
admit paternity of said minor child in his Counter-Petition for
Custody and -in his Motion for Partial Summary Final Judgment and in
the Affidavit attached thereto, and the Court further finding that
in open Court both parties have admitted that there is no issue
fact remaining as to this issue, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

1. That. the Motion for Partial Summary Final Judgment

of BENJAMIN F. LUKE, be, and is hereby ordered granted.

_5 2. That upon the acknowledgement of BENJAMIN F. LUKE
that he is the natural father of DERRICK ALAN LUKE, BENJAMIN F. LUKE,
be, and is hereby ordered adjudged to be the natural and legal father =
of DERRICK ALAN LUKE.
