Early notice having been given, the attorneys having
aaoeared and the mother having failed to appear for a hearing
at 3:00 p.m., March 19, 1979, and the Court having heard statements
and arguments of counsel and the Court being otherwise fully
advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BENJAMIN F. LUKE be and the
same is hereby released from custody by the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, forthwith.
