SHIVER, Husband, and JUANITA J. SHIVER, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT-DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 6th day of March, A.D., 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 4 4 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DAVID C. SHIVER and JUANITA J. SHIVER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. The Wife, JUANITA J. SHIVER, is hereby awarded all of the Husband's right, title and interest in the 1973 i Nomad trailer bearing vehicle identification ~~7037629G, Title I No. C08579-73; the Husband, DAVID C. SHIVER, shall convey his interest in and to said trailer by executing whatever deed of conveyance or power of attorney as is required. Should the ~ Husband fail to execute said conveyance on or before March 13, ~ 1979, this Final Judgment shall serve as a conveyance of all the Husband's interest therein. 3 3. PAST DUE ALIMONY. This Court finds and determines that the Husband is in default of the terms and provisions of the temporary Order of this Court entered on July 19, 1978, which required the Husband, DAVID C.
