JUANITA J. SHIVER, the sum of $50.00 per week, each and every
week, as temporary alimony. The Court finds and determines
that the total amount of temporary alimony in arrears as of
the date of the Final Hearing is $1,720.00, for which the Wife,
JUANITA J. SHIVER, shall have a Judgment.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassing or

annoying, the other.
S. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife, JUANITA J. SHIVER,
be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of
JUANITA J. WOOD, and to use the same in all respects as if said
marriage had not intervened.
6: ATTORNEYS FEES. The Court determines the sum of
$300.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his

services herein and DAVID C. SHIVER is Ordered to pay said
attorney said sum.
7. JURISDICTION. Except as to the Dissolution of
Marriage granted in this Judgment, the Court specifically
reserves jurisdiction to enforce this Judgment and to determine
the Wife's entitlement to alimony.
FOR ALL OF WHICH LET EXECUTION ISSUE.
