WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of the following instruments (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Mort- gages"), to wit: A. btortgage executed by Ryerson $ Haynes Realty, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Ryerson"), in favor of Southeast First National Bank of Miami, a national banking association ("Southeast"), recorded in Official Records Book 246 at Page 1660 as modified by Mortgage Modification and Extension Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 265 at Page 721 and as further modified by Assumption and Modification Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 275 at Page 1987; all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. B. Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits executed by Ryerson in_favor of Southeast recorded in Official k i Records Book 247 at Page 1114 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. C. Mortgage executed by Ryerson in favor of Mort- - f z ~ gagee recorded in Official Records Book 265 at Page 2353 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. D.
