recorded in Official Records Book 304 at Page 1396 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as well as the "Phase II
Land" "Phase III Land" "Phase IV Land" "Phase V Land" "Phase
VI Land", "Phase VII Land", "Phase VIII Land", "Phase IX Land",
"Phase X Land", "Phase XI Land", "Phase XII Land", "Phase XIII
Land", "Phase XIV Land", "Phase XV Land" and "Phase XVI Land" as
defined in and as described in the Declaration (hereinafter collec-
tively referred to as the "Additional Phase Land"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee has agreed to consent to the Declaration
and the recordation thereof as well as any amendment or amendments
thereto (a "Phase Amendment") heretofore or hereafter recorded
amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida to add 'any
or all of "Phase II", "Phase III", "Phase IV", "Phase Y", "Phase
VI", "Phase VII", "Phase VIII", "Phase IX". "Prtase X", "Phase XI",
"Phase XII", "Phase XIII", "Phase XIV", "Phase XV" and "Phase XVI"
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Additional Phases")
to High Point of Fort Pierce CondominiumSection II as provided
for in the Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee agrees as follows:
1. The Mortgagee does hereby consent to the recordation of

the Declaration amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Florida and the creation thereby of High Point of Fort Pierce
Condominium Section II (the "Condominium") and does hereby further
~ consent to the recordation, whether heretofore or hereafter, of

any Phase Amendments to add any or all of the Additional Phases
to the. Condominium, all as is provided for in the Declaration.

2. Mortgagee agrees that the lien of the tfortgages as same

apply to and encumber the Subject Property and such of the Addi-
~ tional Phase Land as is added to the Condominium by a Phase Amend-
- ment shall be upon the "Apartments" and "Common Elements" as those
terms are defined in the Declaration.
3. This Consent shall apply and be effective solely to the
Subject Property and such of the Additional Phase Land as is added
