tained shall affect, alter or modify in any manner whatsoever the
terms and conditions, and the liens,, operation, effect and priori-
ty of the Mortgages, upon any real property encumbered by the
Mortgages other than the Subject Property and such of the Addi-
tional Phase Land as is added to the Condominium by a Phase
Amendment.
