WNERCAS, Mortgagee has agreed to consent to the Declaration
and the recordation thereof as well as any an?endment or amendments'
thereto (a "Phase Amendment") heretofore or hereafter recorded
amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida to add any
1 or all of "Phase II", "I~hase III", "Phase IV", "{'hale V", "Phase
VI", "Phase VII", "Phase VIII", "I'l~ase IX", "Phase X", "Phase XI",
"Phase XII", "Phase XIII", "Phase XIV", "Phase XV" and "Phase XVI"
(hereinafter collectively referred to as tl~e "Additional Phases")
to High Point of Fort_Pierce Condominium Section II as provided
for in the Declaration.
NON', TIIL'R6FORE, Mortgagee agrees as follows:
1. The Mortgagee does hereby consent to the recordation of
the Declaration amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida and the creation thereby of high Point of Fort fierce
Condominium Section II (the "Condominium") and does hereby further
consent to the recordation, whether Heretofore or hereafter, of
any Phase Amendments to add any or all of the Additional Phases
to tl~e Condominium, all as is provided for in the Declaration.
2. Mortgagee agrees that the lien of the Mortgage as same
applies to and encumbers the Subject Property and such of the Addi-
tional Phase Land as is added to the Condominium by a Phase Amend-

ment shall be upon the "Apartments" and "Common dement s" as those
terms arc defined in the Declaration.

3. This Consent shall apply and be effective solely to tt~e

1 Subject Property and such of the Additional Phase Land as is added

to the Condominium by a Phase Amendment and nothing herein con-

s tained shall affect, alter or modify in any manner whatsoever the
terms and conditions, and the liens, operation, effect and priori-
ty of the f?lortgage, upon any real property encumbered by the
Mortgage other than the Subject Property and such of the Addi-
tional Phase Land as is added to the Condominium by a Phase
4 Amendment.
