FOR VALUE RF.CF.IVED, the undersigned maker promise to pay '

CAIL, a/k/a EMM1E PEGGY CAIL, his wife, the sum of

Privilege is hereby granted to the maker hereof to prepay
any installment or multiple thereof or otherwise any portion of -
the principal, including the whole thereof without penalty.
This Note shall be subiect to the terms and conditions of
that mortgage of even herewith from the undersigned to the payees
hereof, said mortgage being a Purchase Money Mortgage, which
` mortgage secures certain property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
I as more fully described in the previously mentioned mortgage, and shall
s evidence the amount of the obligation and the terms and conditions
of payment thereof; }~owever, the holder of this note does hereby waive
any-deficiency judgment or any deficiency or the right to an}~
deficiency or deficiency judgment, and the obligations of the
maker shall be limited upon default to the right, title and interest
in and to the remaining encumbered portions of the real property so
described in the mortgage. The remedies of the Mortgagee shall be
limited to the foreclosure or the said mortgage and such other
remedies as provided by the terms and conditions hereof, or of the
mortgage or otherwise provided by law, which shall not result in
any deficiency after sale or reconveyance of the mortgage property.
Any obligation upon the maker or the Mortgagor to pay charges,
expenses and fees shall not constitute a claim for a separate
action apart from the extinguishment of the debt by virtue of
foreclosure of the said property and the *~ortgagee does hereby
t waive any right for suit upon this note by abandonment of the
w mortgage.
