together with interest thereon as hereinafter set forth; both
principal and interest being payable to:

in lawful money of the United States of America. The payments
shall be made in the following manner: r

Privilege is hereby granted to the maker hereof to prepay
any installment or multiple thereof or otherwise any portion of tihe
principal, including the whole thereof without penalty.
This Note shall be subject to the terms and conditions of
that mortgage of even herewith from the undersigned to the payees
s~ hereof, said mortgage being a Purchase Aloney 1`iortgage, which
~ mortgage secures certain property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
as more fully described in the previously mentioned mortgage, and
shall evidence the amount of the obligation and the terms and
conditions of payment thereof; however, the holder of this note
does hereby waive any deficiency judgment or any deficiency or the j
right to any deficiency or deficiency judgment, and the obligations
of the makers shall he limited upon default to the right, title and
interest in and to the remaining encumbered portions of the real
property so described in the mortgage, The remedies of the A~ortgagee
shall be limited to the foreclosure of the said mortgage and such
