HERBERT GAIL, a/k/a G. H. GAIL and F.h~l`1IE LEE CAIL, a/k/a F.1`~htlE PEGGY GAIL, his wife, the s~im of SL;VENTY-FOUR THOUSAND (1NE HUNDRED NINETY-Tl~'O anc! 32/100 DO1.I.ARS (574,19'L.3"l) , together with interest thereon as hereinafter set forth; both principal and interest being payable to: or such other address as the holder may specify by written notice, in lawful money of the United States of America. January 23, 1986 - Principal in the amount of X10,598.92 plus interest. at the rate of 7"s per annum on the unpaid { balance. Privilege is hereby granted to the maker hereof to prepay any installment or multiple thereof or otherwise any portion of tihe principal, including the whole thereof without penalty.
