is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of the morttagor and that he
actually resides at: 1821 Long Hill Road, Millington, New Jersey 07946.
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with Mortgagee, the within
mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness, but also ADVANCES to be ~ =

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and

exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
