is subject in every respect to the Ik~c-laratian of Condominium as to the condcxninium
in which his writ is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Rirchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration anJ Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-I~iws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of tlie,l'mperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser'
further acl~owledges receipt of and reading acid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, acid aclrnowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucess£ul operation and mviage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeciescribed
Condominium covenant acid agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium au~d Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of tine terms ar~d provisions of said 1eclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and tl~e provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confines
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property ()<,rners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~an parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tl?e said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser ass~mies the
obligations as to the Property O~.~ners' Association as to his condominicun parcel.
Rirchaser confines that all warranties; representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium a,id Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O?~mer's Association
and oti~er charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is nk-~de or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
