PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE' S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ D~ day of March ,
19 79 between JOHN A. PENDERGRAS~, III,
as personal representative of the Estate of JEAN F. PENDERGRASS,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and JOHN A. PENDERGRASS, III,
310 North 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450,
Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Will of-Decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The North 37.5 feet of Lot 12 and the South 25
feet of Lot 11, TOGETHER WITH the West 5 feet
of vacated alley adjacent on East, Block 3,
ALAMANDA VISTA, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 5, page 49, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH all
furniture and furnishings located therein.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
_ AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second dart, his heirs and assigns, that

in all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the
laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
