Patricia Dixon, who being be ?tie-first duly sworn, thereupon
deposes and says the following, to-wit:

as the Patricia Ellison, named as one of the GRANTEES

County, Florida.
(2} That she is the one and the same person
as the Patricia Ellison named in that certain action
for "Dissolution of T~Zarriage" as recorded in O.R.bcok
(5 at page 451 of the public records of St.Lucie Co.,
Florida
(3) Further the affiant sayeth not.
