Personally appeared before me, the undersigned author.,ity,
Orbie J. Dixon, who being by me first duly sworn, thereupon
deposes and says the following to-wit:
(1) That he is the one and the same person as
Orbie Dixon as named as the husband of Patricia Dixon
ir. the certain mortgage deed as recorded in O.R.Book
30U at page 1575 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida and that he signed the aforesaid
mortgage deed"Orbie J. Dixon" by mistake; not noticing
that aforesaid mortgage deed required only "Orbie Dixon".
(2) Further the affiant sayeth not.
