On the 16th day of March, in the year 1979, before me personally came
J. J. HLrD1BURG, to me known, who, being by me duly sworn, did depose and
say that he resides at 6450 Southwest 113 Street, Miami, Florida; that he is
the President of FLORIDA POWER 8t LIGHT COMPANY, one of the corpo-
rations described in and which executed the above inswment; that he
knows the seal of said corporation; that the seal affixed to said instrument is
such corporate seal; that it was so affixed by order of the Board of Directors
of said corporation, and that he signed his name thereto by like order.
I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this lbth day of March, 1979, before me
personally appeared J. J. HuDIBURG and S. P. KEMP, respectively the
President and an Assistant Secretary of FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY,
a corporation under the the laws of the State of Florida, to me known to be
F the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
as such officers, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and that they
afl5xed thereto the official seal of said corporation, and that said instrument
is the act and deed of said corporation.

Dade, and State of Florida, the day and year last aforesaid.
