On the 1 Sth day of March, in the year 1979, before me personally came
LAURENCE ARENSON, to me known, who, being by me duly sworn, did
depose and say that he resides at 3913 Shady Lane, Jacksonville, Florida;
that he is a Vice PreSlderit Of FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSON-
vtLLE, one of the corporations described in and which executed the above
instrument; that he knows the seal of said corporation; that the seal affixed _
to said instrument is such corporate seal; that it was so affixed by order of the
Board of Directors of said corporation, and that he signed his name thereto
by like order.
C I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this 15th day of March, 1979, before me -
personally appeared LAURENCE ARENSON and J. I. CRACKER, respectively a
Vice President and the Cashier of FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK of
JACKSONVILLE, a national banking association, organized and existing under
s the laws of the United States of America, to me known to be the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and severally
~ acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such
officers, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and that they affixed
thereto the official seal of said corporation, and that said instrument is the
act and deed of said corporation.
