ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Motion of
Plaintiff General Development Utilities, Inc. to Compel Defendant
Bass to Answer Questions on Deposition, and the Court having
reviewed the pleadings, considered the Motion, heard argument of
counsel, and being otherwise fully advised, it is
ORDERED:

1. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is granted in part
E and denied in part.
2. Defendant Bass shall appear and answer, upon

further notice of the taking of his deposition by Plaintiff, all
questions relating to the classification, the assessment and the
method of assessment of the property which is the subject of this
~ lawsuit for the subject and prior years, and all questions relat-
ing to exhibits appended to his Answers to Plaintiff's Interroga-
tories.
3. Defendant Bass shall not be required to answer
questions as to how his office would value the subject property
as real property until this Court has first determined that the
subject property was incorrectly classified as personal property.
4. The Court has advised the parties that it presently
contemplates that the trial of Plaintiff's claim based on erroneous
