Personal Name of Defendant from Receiver's Order filed by the
Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAUM, and the Court having heard the
argument by Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAUM, and counsel for
Plaintiff and being fully advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion to Remove Personal
-dame of Defendant from Receiver's Order is treated by the Court
as a Motion to Dismiss and is hereby Denied. ~
