ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Affirmative Defense is
denied; however, counsel for Plaintiff shall have the right to have
any evidence concerning alleged criminal activities involving the
use of an airplane by the Plaintiff to be proffered to the Court
prior to its being admitted before any jury chosen to hear this
case.
Z. Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order is granted.
3. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Claim for Punitive Damages

is denied.
