The Petitioner, CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary under the decedent's last
Will. Petitioner's name and address are:

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
The name and address of Petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at
the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, LUTHER O. CARLISLE, whose last known address
was 1009 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was
63 years, and whose Social Security Number was 339-OS-3283, died
on June 21, 1973; and at the time of death decedent was domiciled

in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this
! Estate, her address and relationship to decedent, are:
€ CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, surviving spouse, over 18 years
of age;

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, whose address is above, and who
is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because she is the named
