6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate are as follows:
An interest in real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the
approximate value of under $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated October 14,
1969, subscribed by LOUISE A. GREGORY, MARY VAN DER LUGT, and
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as attesting witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be .
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal representative
of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I~have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
