LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LUTHER O. CARLISLE - Page Three
CLAUSE VI; In the event that my wife, CATHERINE R.
CARLISLE, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I. survived my
said wife,. and the provisions of this Will and any Codicil
hereto shall be construed and the distribution of property
shall be governed and regulated as if I had, in fact, sur-
vived my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this /!L day of October, 1969.
