The petition of ALFRBD PAPPAIARDO to be appointed as guardian of El4+IA
MARY CAVANAGH, incompetent, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to
the Court that said incompetent owns property in this state and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed for the person and the property of such incompetent;
and the Court being fully advised;
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That ALFRBD PAPPAIARDO be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian
of the person -and of the property of BM~(A MARY CAVANAGH, incompetent.
2. It is further ordered snd adjudged that the said ALFRBD PAPPALARDO
be, and he is hereby, required to give bond in the amount of $ s D o D•o O ,
payable to the governor of the state of Florida and to his successors in office
~'i and conditioned to perform faithfully all his duties as such guardian according
to law.
