of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's estate is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because
he was named as personal representative in the Last Will and Testament of
decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are over $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated July 11,
1978 is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that RICHARD C. RIDGWAY be appointed personal representative of
the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the _
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and
belief .
