BE IT KNOWN, that I, KEITH B. RIDGWAY, a resideirt of the City of
Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, being of sound }
mind and memory, in full possession of all my faculties and capable of
disposing judgment, realizing as I do the uncertainty of life, do make,

declare and ordain, and by these presents have made, declared and i

ordained this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that my funeral expenses, expenses of administration
and of all and singular my other just debts and obligations, be paid out
of the funds in my bank account located in the Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of the property that I may
own in the State of Ohio, whether real, personal or mixed, in equal shares,
share and share alike, to my son, JOHN R. RIDGWAY and my daughter, KEITHA
MAE CAPELL, to be theirs absolutely and forever.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all of the property that I may
own i.n the State of Florida, whether real, personal or mixed, to my son,
RICHARD C. RIDGWAY, to be his absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, RICHARD C.
RIDGWAY, as personal representative without bond of this my Last Will and
~ Testament. I further nominate, constitute and appoint my son, JOHN R.
RIDGWAY, as Ancillary Administrator without bond of this my Last Will and
~ Testament.
FIFTH: I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative,
hereinabove named, if and whenever, in the settlement of my estate, he
deems it advisable, at his discretion, to sell the whole or any part of
~H my property, real, personal or mixed, at public or private sale, and to
execute and deliver all deeds, instruments of transfer and other writings
necessary to pass the proper title thereto. This power of sale shall be
deemed discretionary and not mandatory.
