1. Petitaner has an interest in the above estate as the daughter and
beneficiary of the decedent, CORA M. RiIE'F. Petitioner's name aril address are:

and the Haire and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, OORA M. RUFF, wMse last laraan address was Easter Manor
Nursing dome, 611 South 13th Street, Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33450, died on January
17, 1979, and whose age was 97, and whose social security number is 337-38-
. 3937, arri at the time of death was domiciled in St. Lucie Bounty, Florida.

their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of any who are

as Personal Representative of decedent's estate is entitled to preference in
appointment as Personal Representative because she was rxxninated as Personal

6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this Estate are
cash (savings accounts, certificates of deposit, U.S. Savings Bonds and
