~ I, CORA MAUDE RUFF, residing at Route 2, Box 3261,
Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and
disposing memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and
transitory life, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codi-
cils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: It is my will and I direct that all of my
just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses be paid promptly out of the principal of my estate.
SECOND: I hereby specifically devise and bequeath
all personal effects belonging to my deceased Husband to go to JOHN
F. RUFF, my grandson.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real, personal and mixed, of which I may die seized or

possessed, of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situated or
j located, or over which I may have a power of disposition or any in-
i
i
terest whatsoever, I give, devise and bequeath to IMOGENE DOLOZIK,
Fort Pierce Florida; JOHN WILLIAM RUFF, Oxford, Michigan; and

PAUL R. LUNDY, Reedy, California, share and share alike, per capita
and not per stirpes. ~

FOURTH: I hereby nominate, consb_tute and appoint
Ii40GENE DOLOZIK, Deland Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament, and expressly confer upon her such I
power to administer my estate, and the power and authority to sell
