The Petitioner, CLARA R. WAYNO, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
sister of the decedent and as a residual beneficiary to the extent
of one-third. Petitioner's name and address are:

2. Decedent, ELIZABETH SCHOCK, whose last known address was
477 S. E. Lamon Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, whose age was
73 years, and. whose Social Security Number was 372-10-5408, died on
February 23, 1979, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
