4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. JEROME W. WAYNO, whose address is 361 Formosa, Cocoa
Beach, Florida 32931, and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
Estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as personal repre-
sentative because he has been selected by a majority in interest of
those otherwise qualified to serve.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate are as follows:
Real Property - approximate: $50;000.00
Personal Property - approximate: 5,000.00

~ 7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that JEROME W. WAYNO be
appointed personal representative of the Estate of the decedent and
that no bond or other security be required.

the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
