have aQnicably settled their clifferenoes and stipulate to the dismissal of
Defendant, BROADCASTING 00., INC.
2. That the cash bored in the amnLmt of $2,025.50 that has been
previously deposited into the ~gistzy of the Court by the Plaintiffs should
'i be released and returned to the Plaintiffs. •
