ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the contempt proceedings
against Osborne W. O'Quinn, and the Respondent being present
in open court in person and the Court having heard testimony
of the Respondent, the Court finds:
That the Respondent was the attorney for the De-
fendants in this cause; that this case was scheduled as No.
1 case for non-jury trial on February 28, 1979 at 9:30 A.M.
On that date, Respondent advised the Court that he had a con-
flict with a hearing scheduled in Vero Beach, Florida at the
~ same time, but assured the Court he could be back for the trial

of this cause at 11:00 A.M., and requested a continuance until

s then. A continuance until 11:00 A.M-. was granted. Therefore,

Court was called to order, at which time there were present:
counsel for Plaintiff; Plaintiff; two of the Defendants; a
witness for Plaintiff; the bailiff; deputy clerk and court
reporter. Respondent did not appear, but at approximately
11:15 A.M., a message was delivered .from Respondent's office
advising the Court that Respondent would be approximately fifteen
or twenty minutes late, and was on his way back to Fort Pierce.

In view of this, all of the above persons were kept present in
the courtroom for another fifteen or twenty minutes. At that

time, another call came from Respondent's office advising that
