ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause having come vn to be heard before me on the 23rd
day of February, 1979, the Plaintiff, DELORIS ARLENE CRITTENDEN f/k/a
DELORIS ARLENE BROWN, being present and the Defendant, HAROLD M. BROWN,
having filed his Response to Motion For Contempt with this-Court and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that HAROLD M. BROWN is found to be in
willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay the sum of $115.00
for Dr. Cambron and the sum of $139.00 to Cambron Prescription Optical
Company incurred by the minor children of the parties and sworn to by
the Plaintiff, DELORIS ARLENE CRITTENDEN on July 12, 1978, and that

this Court hereby sentences HAROLD M. BROWN ten days in the St. Lucie
County jail to be enforced by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,
unless HAROLD M. BROWN purges himself as provided below.
HAROLD M. BROWN may purge himself by paying the above mentioned
sums in full on or before March 15, 1979.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that HAROLD M. BROWN shall
pay to the law firm of McDonald, Kenney & Russakis, P.A., the sum of

which said amount the Court determines to be reasonable
attorney's fees for their representation and said amount shall be paid
within z ~ days from the entry of this Order.
