ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 2nd day of March, 1979, upon
the Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the attorney for
the Wife, Osborne Walker O'Quinn, and the Respondent, WILLIAM L.
STARVES, having appeared in open Court and the said attorney having
appeared in open Court, and the Court having found that the Respondent,
WILLIAM L. STARVES, has violated the terms of the Final Judi-meet of
this Court dated January 10, 1979, by his failure to pay attorney's
fees in the amount of $100.00 for the month of February and $100.00
for the month of March, and is therefore, adjudged guilty of ~~illful
contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay the sum set
forth above pursuant to the Final Judgment, a copy of which is attached
E hereto and by reference made a part hereof; it is

. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
WILLIAM L. STARVES is hereby sentenced to serve ~p days in the
! St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing~on Larch 16,
1979.
PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself within ten days
? from the date of this Order and be released by paying the sum of.
$200.00 due as of this date to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with costs of his arrest. Said payments shall be
~ remitted promptly by the Sheriff to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, 201 South
2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida; it is further
