STARVES, Husband, and MATTIE JANE STARVES, Wife. , FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTI N F MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 21st day of ? i~ December, 1978, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having i given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor I ' i n of the witnesses, finds.and determines: This and physical Condit o - Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband. and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between WILLIA'"i L. STARVES, Husband, and MATTIE JANE STARVES, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed e E from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit: WILLIAM L. STARVES, JR., 9 years old, born February 27, 1969, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted ~ - to the Husband. Reasonable visitation shall be interpreted as every other weekend beginning at 4:00 P.M. Friday and terminating at 7:00 - P.M. the following Sunday. The Husband is enjoined from engaging in any imrioral or illegal activities during periods of visitation by said child. The liusband shall have visitation rights on December 24, 1978, until 7:00 P.M. The Wife shall have the child for the week of Christmas holidays and the Husband shall have the child for ~~V, 305 ~~~~_1~36 _ _ - -
