hereby ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney, OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN,
the sum of $750.00 toward attorney's fees plus the sum of $34.50
toward Court costs. Said sum to be paid by the Husband at the rate
of $100.00 per month, starting on the lst day of~February, 1979,
with the same similar payment on the first day of each succeeding
month until the said $7$4.50 is paid in full; said sum to be paid
directly to the Wife's attorney at Post Office Box 4341, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450.
10. MERGER. All previous orders of this Court in this
matter are hereby superseded by 'this Final Judgment.
11. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a
copy of~any future pleadings to the address required to be supplied
to the Clerk of .the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should juris-
diction be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by
certified mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to the
opposing party; and which shall allow forty (40) days from the
mailing date thereof in which to file a responsive pleading.
