ORDER FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES
AND CGSTS
This cause coming on to be heard on March 2, 1979 on
that part of the Wife's Petition filed herein seeking temporary
attorneys' fees and notice thereof having been given to Charles
A. Sullivan, Esquire, counsel of record for the Husband, and the
Court having heard testimony on behalf of Errol S. Willes,
Esquire, and having received in evidence a letter from Charles
A. Sullivan, Esquire to-Errol S. Willes, with copy of a letter
to the Husband, William Edward Tucker, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court determines the sum
of $250 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for his
services herein and William Edward Tucker, Husband, is hereby

ordered to pay said sum to the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
d
Willes, together with costs herein assessed at $42.
