ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF -
This cause having come on before me on the 2nd day of March,
1979, on the petition of DEBRA C. COMENT, Wife, for temporary relief
and this Court having heard testimony taken from both parties and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consider-
ation
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. That the Wife retain and have lawful temporary custody
and control of the minor child of the parties: JASON WAYNE COMENT,
age 2.
2. That the Husband have temporary visitation rights with
the minor child of the parties, to wit: on each and every Wednesday
evening the Husband shall have visitation rights beginning at 4:30
i p.m. with the child to be returned to the residence of the Wife at
` 8:00 p.m. and on every other weekend, beginning on the weekend of
March 10; 1979, the Husband shall have visitation rights beginning
on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. and continuing until the child is
to be returned to the residence of the Wife on Sunday evening at
7:00 p.m.
3. That the parties select and agree upon a reasonable
~ preschool program in which to place the minor child of the parties
during such period of time as the Wife is at work and the Husband
- is to bear the entire costs of such preschool program.
4. That the Ausband is to deliver to the Wife any and all

furniture and toys for the use of the minor child of the parties and
such delivery is to be made on or before 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 31,
1979.
