7. That pending the Final Judgment of dissolution, the Husband
is to be solely responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred
by the minor child of the parties and that the Wife is to contact the
Husband immediately in the event~of illness of or an accident to the
minor child.

8. Jurisdiction of this cause is retained until the final
